best bet in this case, is to use surgical spirit. You can buy it in a pharmacy (not expensive @ all) & works really well.

Hi,
When ironing smaller items like pillow cases, table napkins, serviettes etc, iron them three/four at a time...ie, layer the items on ironing board & as you iron, heat will be transferred " down...
