Tipperary - "The Village"
In 1994, Tipperary writer Leo Cullen published a collection of short stories called "Clocking Ninety on the Road to Cloughjordan." However, if you just want to live to ninety, it might help to move to Cloughjordan where a sustainable community called "The Village" is being developed.
