Hi Marie,
I am not a 100% sure but I think we had the same problem a couple of years ago and we called out a repair man. He told us that it needed the brushes replaced and it cost about 80euro. My husband watched him fix it and when it happened again I bought the brushes for 18euro and my husband was able to fix it. Hope this is of some help. Regards Scrabble |

Yep we had the same thing a few years back and it was the brushes, the machine went through the cycle but the drum wouldn't move. Check the brushes to see if they're worn and replace them. we marked the motor position with tippex so we knew what the right position was when the belt went back on.
