garden really taking shape
a few pics have been posted but here the garden is taking a much better shape now, most is in situ so we just have to keep enhancing to bring maturity and honing down the odd parts that look less refined.
what you think? the chis are not repurposed!!! white cable across paving is the eternet connection! small white buddha reduced due to crack on base grass repositions after removal from front, it grows like crazy on concrete!! brown buddha half price. water barrel reduced and wire brushed down, stained and painted. sedge in this from sale of work. terracotta shoe planters from JTer screen at back of feature is an end cut shed made into bolt hole, backdrop - offcut in bargain basket, cushions charity shop, stool donno from where. other items - lidl, jters, cut trees. logs by water barrel from corpo lopping trees nearby wall art recycled bushes. trunks for feeders - carver's supply in co. wicklow. paving - gumtree small table by swingseat - from skip, one kidney shaped paving slab added roof of swingseat - reed screen some plants from jters/woodies/sales of work/given by friends swingseat - end of last season sale - woodies. seating - middle of covering! |
