fireplace before and after
I got this fire surround from sarahmc13 a few months ago and finally got round to fixing it up. Makes a big difference to the room and is much nicer than just having the fire standing by itself. Just had to increase the size of the opening to accommodate my fire, added the tiles which I got on another site and a quick polish and ready to go.

Thanks Melissa, only problem is I would have to clean the house!! Too busy making and upcycling to worry about 'mere housework' LOL.
