Default Help: How to recycle old clothes, too worn for charity shops

Does anyone know where I can donate old clothes that are not in the best condition (e.g. ripped jeans, off-cuts of fabric)? There used to be a recycle initiative in Dublin City where clothes were shredded and made into cleaning cloths. I don't think its still in operation.

Default Old clothes

Liberty recycling i believe turn unwearable clothes into rags which can then be turned into underlay, packaging etc. Their recycle bins can be found all over the place in carparks, chopoing centres etc. Some charities also sell on fabrics via their central warehouse - shop workers dont necessarily know thjs, and each charity has different policies. But Liberty is my go to.
