difficulty logging in - please help

Dear Admin

I am a member called Picasso. I forgot my password and despite 13 attempts have not been able to reset my password. So I have now reregistered as picasso2. i currently have a trampoline advertised and there is someone called Bounci interested in taking it but I have not been able to access my account to liaise with him or her re collection. Can you help me get a message to Bounci please?
